Terms of Service

In short: the service is provided "as is"; verify AI output against official sources. Full text in English below.

1. Acceptance

By using EduRadar ("the service") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Account & data

EduRadar works without an account — your profile and shortlist live in your browser. Accounts are optional: if you sign up with email or Telegram, we store your sign-in identity and sync your profile and shortlist to our database (Supabase, EU / Frankfurt) so they follow you across devices. You can delete your account and all server-side data at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details. You must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian consent) to create an account.

3. AI features

Grant matching, SOP analysis, and supervisor recommendations are produced by an AI model (Anthropic Claude). AI output is not infallible: verify any deadline, eligibility, or factual claim against the official source before acting on it. Statement-of-Purpose analyses are advisory and do not guarantee acceptance to any program.

4. No partnership claims

University and grant names referenced in the platform are listed for matching purposes. Mention does not imply partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated in a signed announcement on this site.

5. Payment & refunds

Pricing tiers shown on the landing page are forward-looking. Payment processing is not yet enabled. Once enabled, refunds will follow the policy published at checkout.

6. Limitation of liability

EduRadar is provided "as is." Maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees you have paid in the prior 12 months (USD 0 if you have not paid).
